Design a User Interface

A user interface will make it easy for many students and users to make use of the library without any programming knowledge.

Web interface

Able to input the inputs such as objective, constraints and other conditions to define the problem
Display the step by step solutions in clear and easy manner
Handle if any exceptions occurring from the inputs

Optional

Able to download the problem definition as a yaml file for later reloading
