Enhancement required in module: motech-sms-http

Details: 
The motech-sms-http module does not support authentication for its remote 
requests to SMS providers. Voxeo requires basic authentication to access their 
SMS API. Additional configuration that specifies whether to use authentication, 
and if so, the credentials, should be added to the module.
