problems in repeating figures in the copykat paper #19

Dear developers,

Sorry to bother you,I want to repeat your figure 2 in your published paper Delineating copy number and clonal substructure in human tumors from single-cell transcriptomes,but I am a beginner and I am not familiar with heatmap3. So I can not repeat your results of figure 2, espcially the part of infercnv.

Could you share your script or code of the figure 2 ?

Panel c of infercnv result was simply re-plot its results with heatmap.3. I tuned the colors and the skewness to match with my panel a plot. panel b,d,f are a bit tricky, these are overlays of line plots with two steps of shading of gains and losses.
