Hi copykat, I wonder what species can be used on copykat software. the usage of this copykat was not identified with the species inputed. So i guess whether the copykat be suitable to all species or nor ? or just for the human species? Any advice would be appreciated. hanhuihong

Current version only has hg20. I am currently working on a tutorial to guide users to generate their own references for different species
