copy number values #36

Dear all,

did any method can transferred the copy number value of copycat, varied from -0.5 to 0.5, to 0,1,2,3,.. style, which could be compared with the results of the inferCNV.

The results from copykat and inferCNV could be converted to Z-score so that you can make a direct comparison.

thanks，but if i want do downstream analysis, how can i transferred the copykat results to integer value?

It is probably very challenging to convert them to integer values.
