hi, very nice tool, I'd like to make some specific gene show up in heat map? how could we make this happen, very appreciate your response

I added an additional heatmap plot of copy number results with gene by cell matrix. All genes involved are plotted. The fonts are tiny. You need to zoom in to read the gene names. Heatmap with specific genes could be added later.
