What does the NA mean in the result? #61

Hi,

I used the default settings to run CopyKat, and I found some predicted values are NA but not aneuploid nor diploid. Is it ok to remove those NA value cells in the following analysis? Or what parameters should be adjusted to re-run CopyKat?

Many thanks.

The NA cells usually are low quality cells that couldn't pass CopyKAT filtering criteria.
