mouse cnv output has no jpg review format. only pdf format #63

Dear copycat developer,

I have used copycat to infer cnv in mouse scRNA, but it only exports pdf and it's over 300M. I have to convert the pdf to jpg manually. it would be great if you can add this convert function in the package.

@MinBio LOL. 300M is crazy. It was a trade-off. The PDF has high resolution. JPEG is compressed. Plotting both versions sacrifice some time. May add JPEG with 300dpi in next version.
