Is there any way to make re-analysis easier when change the parameter KS.cut?

Hey, Sometime I need to change KS.cut to get more or less tumor cells. However, each time I have to run the copykat() funtion just for changing KS.cut. It took me a lot time. Do you have any method to make it easy for users? Thanks!
