HTTP or SOCKS (v4 and v5) Proxy support #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I tried to run xmpp client using HTTP proxy, but couldn't pass through the 
proxy. It always connect to 5222 port with XMPP server. 

Please provide any additional information below.
