Process=false option #168

this should address #167 but I haven't finished verifying that it's working yet.

Just had a quick look by downloading the mesh using CloudVolume.mesh.get_navis, saving it to .ply and loading in Blender where it's easy to inspect vertices and edges: the branch is not merged into the soma anymore.

Consistent with that, the skeleton that navis produces from the mesh also looks good (i.e. the branch is separate from the soma)!
