Tile cache should be stored to disk #17

(First of all, fantastic work, this is the best PDF viewer for Android, and
it's fantastic, plus I love open source software. Great job!)

The issue seems to be that tiles should be stored to the SDCard. I often
open large PDFs for reference, and each time, all the tiles have to be
re-rendered. Why both? I want to have a .apv folder on my sdcard which
stores all of the rendered tiles for quick viewing next time I open the PDF.

we'd have to test it, but I'm pretty sure it should

maybe store cache only for pages that render slowly because of page complexity
(as
opposed to apv's generall slowness)?

either way definitely should be analysed

You might want to try the current version which speeds up various things and
optimizes memory usage, so that you might find your concern to be moot.

If this is implemented there should be an option to limit file cache size on
sd-card.
