Easy waiting for player if server is empty #114

We have very convinient feature - "wait for empty slot". Could we have opposite 
function? 

When we join empty server, Connector asks, if we want to not connect in-game, 
but let him monitor selected server - if someone joins, user gets a 
notification and one click option to join game.

I know this is probably availible with script tool, but I talk about simple 
point&click usage.
