Server filter. #68

Server filter will be a bit confusing for people that aren't used to messing 
around and trying combos to see how it works. AND/OR functions are good but an 
average guy (especially one that doesn't speaks english very well) will be  
confused. 
Also making one little icon on the left side is the best way to get the filter 
overlooked by a lot of people. I suggest either making a button saying "server 
filter" or making additional toolbar above the server list.

I think, that we are need to realize a followed steps:

1) Place filter button to the menu, common toolbar
2) Initialize filter with an appropriate configuration, including all filters.
