IMU Simulation #4

I'd like to adapt the NaveGo IMU simulation here and/or use what @sturdivant20 has, but I can't quite remember the state of that.

use gnss-ins-sim, it will be maintained whereas my version will not

Going to close this since gnss-ins-sim is a good choice.
