Create wireframe for login modal.

The login modal will contain:

• [ ] a way to enter a user identification (email, username, phone number. . .).
• [ ] a way to enter a user authentication (password, passcode).
• [ ] a way to submit the login form.
• [ ] a way to request help with logging in.
• [ ] an additional row of icons that may lead to different login types (like facebook, google auth. . .).
