Cost / Services for misc costs? #6

As of right now, there is no way to do a general cost addition. If we work solely on registered services, that won't leave us with any flexibility.

Might want to look into designing a different approach.

As of 6190fa5, the Appointment model contains a cost. My thinking is the services tendered screen viewed by the employee, will list the going rate of services on the side and allow the employee to select the cost, or add the cost by hand their selves.

This is for the case when a grooming service may also decide to give a bath or additional services because of a specific need not requested by the customer.
