Arrange keynote speakers #4

Figure out some speakers who are well known in community to come over and present a talk.

depends pretty much on our budget based on sponsorship, if there are hackers who can afford their travel or would like to piggy back their visit to india to overlap with our unconf dates then it would be great!

the list of speakers in hasgeek events can be good starting point, they are known for their quality in that regard.
