Use CMake instead of autotools #9

CMake is becoming more and more utilized for building software. Work should be done to explore whether using CMake will make a source build of gribr easier for the end-user.

This will be tabled. Since cmake is not standard enough, it is best to stick with what is by far the most common method for building R packages from source.
