Key innovation and Achievement type filter is not applied on map choropleth. #578

BUG When we apply the key innovation filter from the left sidebar, thus applied filter is not applied on the map choropleth.

And same for an achievement type filter

STEP TO GENERATE ISSUES

  1. Select one key innovation from the left sidebar.
  2. Try to look at the choropleth of the map.
  3. See error.
