~/.config/tox folder not automatically created #439

Describe the bug

Venom does not create the ~/.config/tox folder automatically anymore

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Venom
Create a profile without encryption
Logout and check Login automatically
It does not get saved

Expected behavior

Venom should save the last login and automatic login config

Actual behavior

Venom does not create the ~/.config/tox folder, config files are not saved there

Also affects avatars, as they are, too, saved in this folder.

This should be a hotfix for 0.5.0
