Add Flattr to recurring crowdfunding services list #72

Flattr isn’t quite one-time nor recurring, but somewhere in between. Developers can link their GitHub accounts and domains to Flattr, and receive a share of Flattr users’ monthly contribution based on whether people visited their GitHub project pages and domains.

@da2x Interesting! Reminds me of the mechanics behind Medium's membership program.

It’s the same thing as Medium is doing but Flattr is doing it for the whole web. (Well, everyone with a URL — including publishers on Medium.)
