Install into archlib on 5.8 and 5.6 #358

on 5.6 and 5.8 installing B::C will install into sitearch, but perl will not 
pick it up there, as the system compiler in archlib is in @INC before it, with 
those old versions.

Uups, the fix didn't make into into 1.48 and neither into 1.49

It's now in master, and should be in 1.50
