The bug:
After screen timeout, screen will turn back on again.
How to reproduce:
Change screen lock to none (not to wipe to unlock)
Set screen timeout to 15 seconds (for faster result) and wait.
When the screen turns off, it will turn back on after ~2 seconds. This will repeat for ever.
The only fix is, to manually turn off the screen. Then it will stay off.
