I hope you're all doing well. It's time for us to organise a call to discuss some important aspects of our project. Since it hasn't been organised yet, I'll take the lead and set it up.
Agenda for the call:
Team Rules: Let's discuss and agree upon the rules we want to establish for our team. Project Schedule: How do we plan to keep our project on track? And what's our strategy if we fall behind schedule? Communication Strategy: Let's talk about how we'll communicate within the team and address any key challenges that arise. Accountability: How do we ensure each team member is accountable for their tasks? Tools: We'll be using GitHub Projects to manage tasks. Let's also discuss any other tools we might need. I suggest we allocate about 15 minutes for each item to ensure we have enough time for discussion.
As for the purpose of this assignment, it's mainly to establish our team agreement, ensuring we're all on the same page.
Please share your availability for the call, and I'll schedule it accordingly. Also, I'll set up a Google doc to document our decisions and share it with everyone.
