problem in wordpress, #219

I'm sure the js file is intergrated in wordpress, but it always says: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).pickmeup is not a function...

Please check up to date readme, PickMeUp is free from jQuery dependency for a long time now, hence it is no longer available as plugin and there is no $(...).pickmeup
