Add Donor--> state is not getting displayed in the "State" drop down box. State 
is there for that country. Refer the screen shot d26 & d26-1

State name drop down is shown only for countries like india,US & UK.

Why only for India US & UK? Whatever added state for that country should get 
displayed. For that only we have State & countries tab. If this had done in the 
coding itself, then we no need off soo many tabs like countries, states

If we have to allow the states drop down for other countries then we have to 
collect all the states used in other countries. I don't think this possible 
now. Donor & donation form is going to be integrated with online donation 
form.so if whatever we do should be possible to show up in online form.
