Add a verify email feature for both local and remote accounts #166

This'll be how change or forgot my password will work. But this may be a bit tricky since there can be local and remote accounts.

I kinda wanted to make it a must for the user to verify their email before they can use the app, but if they're local and don't have internet, I don't really want to hinder them from using the app. So for that, maybe put an obvious warning and a constant reminder in settings or "inbox" to verify the email.

Upon further consideration, this probably isn't the best way to go. I mean for remote accounts fine, but for local accounts, maybe not. Could have like backup codes that they need to keep.
