Rework I/O code to better model the I/O bus

This should eventually achieve the following:
Make the I/O code less error prone to work with since accesses are no longer split into 8-bit accesses (which isn't accurate to hardware)
Enable the implementation of an I/O viewer (and possibly editor) window
Maybe be a bit more efficient
