Because CAMB's set_matter_power fails for more than 150 redshifts

Recommend switching to CAMB matter_power_interpolator

Looks like we kind of have to live with this, unless we make multiple calls to CAMB in chunks of zs. Currently limits us to something like z=(0.,3.0,0.02) which is reasonably fine.

We have a work around for this now with the MF interpolator if we want to have unlimited resolution in z.
