Refused to get unsafe header #21

Hi @nbelyh,

I am having some issues with Diagram Frame. I installed it couple days ago, and it works very unstable by using the same Visio document that is saved on the SharePoint:

  1. When adding Diagram Frame on the page:

    • Sometimes it works
    • Sometimes nothing is shown in the frame. I can not say that is related to Diagram Frame configuration or not.

  2. When opening page with already configured Diagram Frame, it works for some hours/days, than suddenly it does not work anymore, without changing anything on the page.

Is this know issue? How to fix this?

Is there any usage recommendation, like the number of diagrams in the Visio document or something similar?

I noticed some error in browser console. Maybe this can help.

Hi @No1e The headers may be related but not 100% sure Could you check the same for the "network" tab?

May be related to this? https://github.com/OfficeDev/office-js/issues/1539

Another thing to check if you add the stock "File Viewer", and select a Visio file there, does it also behave like this?

@nbelyh in the "network" tab everything looks good, as far as I can tell. I see only responses with 200 http status code. I can not see the "File Viewer", not sure why. Can you send me the link?

I dont have the same issue with "File and Media", it loads every time without any issue. But I do have the same errors in console. Any further ideas?

@No1e Do you have a specific page selected or some error displayed? Just a blank screen? If yes, that could cause the issue (see the comment above) We could look at the issue together (may I ping you with PM on your email?)
