Support Visio 3D transforms and other effects (glow for example) #28

Visio 2013+ supports a set of "Effects" like glow, 3D-transform, etc. Need to check the possibility to supporting these.

Visio does not support that out-of-the-box for SVG export unfortunately.

In principle, SVG CSS allows transform such as rotate3d, filter, etc. Visio transforms (from the ShapeSheet transforms section) need to be transformed to the SVG CSS instructions. Maybe at least some built-in stencils can be handed like the one on the picture (with big "flat" surfaces)
