Enable max/min zoom option #66

Now the zoom is unlimited. Add a setting that would enable limiting it to some value.

Would be great to be able to limit it to a minimum or maximum zoom, instead of unlimited both ways.

Being able to limit minimum zoom to 100% (= initial zoom) is something I could use. It would prevent people from accidentally making it so tiny they can't see, and complain to others (me) about being confused 😄

Maybe a new "Limitations" section under Advanced could have this? With two input fields, where it's not enforced if left empty. Or with checkboxes in front of them to enable/disable the input fields.
