Improve Header #25

Add "My Items" and "Share New Item" (or similar) page to header Optional enhancements, if on track for MVP: Make collapsible side menu for expanded nav pages/hamburger menu Show username and credits in header (keep credit count as session variable)

All of these are done except for the collapsible side menu - would be cool, but low priority so leave until end if we have extra time
