Lightweight sync is not light... and hidden folder issue #138

Hidden folder will be synced during second synchronization.

I have a .docx document in source folder. I had synced it with dest folder 
through intermediate storage. After several times synchronization, both 
source and dext folders contain the latest version of .docx. However, I find 
out in the intermediate storage, the .docx is still in "files" no matter how 
many times I synced even I restarted OneSync
