[Eyes-Free Project] Android accessibility documentation is deprecated #181

When I have  searched for information on android and accessibility, I saw, that 
here are outdated information (eyes-free page). I would like to see updated 
userguide and updated version history (to android 4.2.2).

The Eyes-Free Project documentation on Android accessibility is no longer 
maintained, and has been replaced with official user-facing documentation at:
http://support.google.com/nexus/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2692467

Hi.  The link in this issue for user facing documentation currently returns a 
404 error.
