[Talkback] Turning on and off Talkback using buttons #384

On iOS VoiceOver can be turned on and off by triple pressing the home button.
A similar way of turning on and off Talkback must be added on Android, for 
example triple press the on/off button, or maybe holding down the on/off button 
and the volume buttons for some seconds.
