[nix] add initial package and module #42

Add a flake configuration, default package and nixos configuration module.

Please keep in mind that this will break until go tests are fixed (see #41 )

I am no longer using this, as it depends on a certain network setup that didn't work for me in the end. Feel free to reopen this PR if you have further interest in it.
