Took a while to narrow it down, but with this container running it seems to be causing severe performance issues with Linux machines' WAN connections. Windows machines seem to be unaffected except for when using WSL2. My ISP advertises download speeds up to 500Mb/s, which Windows machines have no trouble obtaining even with this container running. Linux machines on the other hand, regardless of the distro used experience less than 20Mb/s reaching the Internet unless I stop this container entirely. Any ideas why this would affect only Linux machines and is there a fix?
