Hello, thanks for the great plugin! I created an Excel to rework the data from jpl-horizon. So that you don't have to rewrite them by hand. Would it be good to put them here? Or rather, am I allowed to do that? Is there any interest in embedding the script directly in Stellarium or do you know if Stellarium might even intend to do that? BR Michael

Hi Michael - Why don't you post it here so that it's available? I've been meaning to do something to make it easier to import the data from Horizons. What I intended to do was to have the user just provide two files from Horizons (one for JWST and one for the L2 point) and then have the JavaScript parse them and create the entries. But your Excel file will be a great help right now.

Best Regards

OK great that makes me happy then I'll be happy to provide the table! An example is given in the table.

simply copy the calculated ephemeris completely on the Horizon page. From the line $$SOE until $$EOE then simply copy it into the plugin via the text editor. This saves you having to rewrite something manually.

I hope that your plugin will eventually become an integral part of Stellarium! Thank you BR Michae JPL_HORIZON_JWST - Kopie.xlsx l
