This pull request implements charge and current deposition in a new way.
These quantities are now located at cell centers.
We still need to clean up the amount of boundary layers. I however suggest merging this in now so that we can implement the units while that is still fresh in our minds. I have created a cleaning issue, #77, so that we will not forget to do this.
