Clear button? #14

Need a button to clear all log messages.  This should also have an option to 
clear all visible messages, or all hidden messages.

The control panel now has a clear button that asks the user via a javascript 
confirm dialog box if they would like to clear all current log messages.  
Clearing the messages does not reset the log message numbering, and the API 
allows for a "force" argument which, when set to true, will bypass the 
confirmation dialog.
