Brief log comment breakout. #26

Add ability to have brief log comment for brief display so we do not go over 
one line and keep the brief display as compact as possible, with full comment 
displayed in detail mode with however many lines are needed.

Could maybe use some kind of marker in the comment itself like "###" or 
something, though string slugs like that can always be accidentally included by 
whatever the log message is trying to print out.

Might be better to say "x" characters will automatically be displayed in brief 
mode, unless slug "x" is detected in the first x characters.
