Requirements:

Should work with windows-latest (no need for macOS).
Do not use PowerShell (.ps / .ps1) scripts.
Do not use any uses: steps other than the standard uses: actions/checkout@v1.
Package doesn't need to be signed before uploading.
Package version should include date and git hash.
Package dependencies in nuget.org should show same as the ones in https://www.nuget.org/packages/Xamarin.Essentials.

I have a sample yaml and some scripts which I can use to solve this problem, I think I can solve it easily

I don't understand what happened here, I tried clicking on Payout (not Cancel), then I couldn't choose Basic-Payout, so I chose Advanced, and somehow it ended being canceled? I didn't want this to be cancelled, I want to pay Diego the DAI amount.
