The NBN Gateway used to send data partners download notifications, detailing who downloaded data, what they downloaded and why they download it. At the moment this can be provided monthly by Sophie Ratcliffe, but given the enforcement of CC-BY-NC licences, more active monitoring is required. Moving some of this burden on to data partners would free up NBN time.
