Decade and Year charts misrepresent records #705

In the charts of records per year or decade, the y axis starts at the lowest count value. You can see that this creates the impression in the charts below that years with 1 count and the decade with 6 records have none. Clearly useful for limiting the axis to the record period on the X axis but inappropriate on the Y. Discovered this during a real request for the most recent record of Mandarin duck in NI.

Thanks for flagging this up. I agree it is misleading. The chart axis range actually changes with different screen sizes as well, so it is quite odd.
