Download file of filter options is empty #712

In the 'choose more' dialogue box, the download file of all the filter options is empty:

I use this regularly, so it's a recent thing.

I just tried this on the Scottish Atlas and it worked okay. So perhaps it's just a problem on the main Atlas.
