Default value not being set when no identificationVerificationStatus is supplied #731

When no identificationVerificationStatus is supplied in the dataset a default of Unconfirmed should be set.

This dataset did not have column for the verification status: https://registry.nbnatlas.org/public/show/dr2011. The status is Not supplied for all records.
