Related Article manually update

Description

As an editor , i should be able to manually update related articles to the article that i have written . Currently , in the suggestion section , we are displaying the articles based on same category which might not be relevant to the article that i am reading. For example - US presidential elections , there are alot of articles on this topic based on ongoing daily updates and events . So if i write one more update about trump , i should be manually able to relate my article to previous trail of events . So in the suggestions section , all the articles should be visible instead of just basing it on the category .

Requirements

the ability with the writers in eportal to select related articles manually after they have written a new article
the ability to display these related articles together in the article's page
