Update README.md with NAMELIST info #13

Dear Rainer,

Since we have implemented the NAMELIST input style, I think it's important to document it also in our README file to remind potential new users. So I am offering an new version of README file, which

  1. add the NAMELIST information
  2. re-organized the text and add more instructions, that can guide a new user to finish the test simulation

If you find it helpful, you can accept this pull request (to dev branch), and also feel free to edit anything. After that, I can sync it to stable branch.
